I don’t think you can do that with birds. I mean, I don’t think they would willingly do it.

Most Professional Breeders really don’t do this, as it kind of mucks up the blood lines.
You aren’t necessarily going to get the best features of both species and I simply don’t think breeding at this time by people unfamiliar with the process should attempt it.
It’s a ton of work, you have to be set up for it and there are so many birds needing homes already.
Breeding is best left to the Professionals that keep track of bloodlines and are prepared for problems and emergencies.
