   Go to freeflight list of Yahoo and ask for advice. You cannot ever chase a bird. Training is always with positive reinforcement. You must be the most reinforcing place to land.

   how do you train them not to just fly away? i had a bird that would try to fly away when ever i pulled her out.. and its not like i was mean to her or anything she just didn’t want to come back to me…. so i would always have to chase her around until she landed

   very nice parrot. nice to fly free..

   She is a Yellow crowned amazon. Now she is a much better free flyer.
