I need to rehome my parrot. She is 7 years old. She will come with her cage and playground. This is extremely hard for me to do as I got her as soon as she hatched and syringe fed her for the first several months of her life. However she will not allow me near her anymore. We are needing to find a loving home for our Blue Front Amazon, he is a sweetheart. He loves to step up and down. Loves to play cards. Has never bitten or even tried to. He will come with his cage, it's a large California Cage. He is 15yrs old and is use to being around kids (these birds can live up to 100). My 3year old feeds him french fries, which he loves. We just don't have time for him anymore, with 3 kids and a new baby, it's too much, I feel bad that we don't spend that much time with him. He is use to our cats and dog also. Our Parrot is a double yellow nape male amazon parrot. We purchased him 6 months ago and he had a companion. He is very sweet, talks. loves to play in the yard, take showers and be watch t.v. while being held. I am looking for a parrot owner, preferably, with a female parrot. He is a wonderful animal and friend and needs to be with another family that will love him as much as we do but has a friend for him to socialize with.

There is no picture, if you are a parrot owner you know how beautiful they are but you have to meet him and we would like to meet you before we can make a decision about where he will live.
